Temp help again please!

Here's my current temps on my bp's tank:

Temp on glass (right on top of UTH): 93.2F
Air temp on hot side: 72.0F
Air temp on cold side: 69.0F
Humidity: 60%

So my house is always really cool. It's always set at about 68F. This is way too cold for my bp! I have about 1/2 an inch of shredded aspen for substrate. She ate after the first week I got her, and now for the second week she hasn't eaten yet. What can I do to raise them? I don't want to raise the UTH temp, cause I am scared she will burn if she burrows. Help please?

Here are some options:

1) Use a space heater to keep the temp up in the room that the enclosure is in.
2) Winterize your tank. If you aren't already using one, get a lamp and use either a Ceramic Heat Emitter or red heat bulb. You can set this up on a digital timer to regulate it's cycle, or use a rheostat/dimmer if you need it on all the time to maintain temps. Once you get the lamp set up, make sure the rest of the top is covered with aluminum foil, plexiglass, or this method:

If you use that method, make sure you cut the hole in the vinyl big enough for the lamp to fit comfortably without melting the vinyl around it.

Next go to Wal-mart and get some foam core board. It's in the school supplies section with the poster board. Tape this on three sides of the tank, and depending on what your tank is sitting on, you may need to add some under the cool side. This stuff will help insulate the tank. If you can't find the foam board, you can also get a sheet of polystyrene insulation from Lowes or Home Depot and use that. This should help get your temps up where they need to be...
