    Help!!!!!!! Injured animal!!!

    Okay well I was cleaning the tank and.didn't even cross my mind to check for a lock and when I picked up my male pastel and I seperated the lock. Now he's bleeding from his vent ((

    Someone please help me ill post some pics here in a little

    Your vet has to have emergency after hrs contact number.

    ya im sure either ur vet or one nearby is open for emergencies, and ur snake bleeding from his goodies sounds like an emergency. good luck

    Until you can get your snake to the vets, put him on wet papertowels. Have you checked the snake recently to see if he's still bleeding?

    No more bleeding, on wet paper towels seems to be doing good

    Also vet said that if bleeding starts again bring him in asap said it might have damaged hemes a little but since bleeding stopped should be fine but bring him into the office in the am so he can check

    Good luck with your snake's health. I just got my BP a few days ago and I'd be devastated if he got injured. Update us after you take him to the vet please!
