Thanks again to the wonderful responses I got (I posted about switching from live to F/T yesterday). Neela is, at this moment, chowing down her first F/T mouse. I used all the tips (especially using a blow dryer right before feeding) and with only a little hesitation, she went right for it. Also found out the previous owner was not feeding as often as I have seen recommended in dozens of places, so its possible it might have helped that she was probably hungry too.
Its happy in our house tonite!
