Iver-on. Dilute it 1 part medication to 2 parts water.
Put very little bedding in each cage, and change it every day for 2-3 days. Spray the crap out of the bedding each time. Use an eye dropper to get a few drops on to every mouse. You should also spray the carpet in the room you have the mice in, because once they leave the mice, they'll be looking for you, or something else to feed on.
Keep treating the mice for 2 weeks. Every day for the first week, and every other day for the second week, or every day the whole time, it's up to you.
After the first 2-3 days of minimal bedding and daily changes, it's okay to put a normal amount of bedding back in. Just make sure EVERY mouse is treated.

permitherin. It's in several flea and tick sprays. I use either Enforcer or Hot Shot Bedbug/Flea. Under $20 for a gallon, you'll never see mites again.
Same stuff that's in Provent a Mite.
