    Boaphile racks

So I haven't seen much on forums about Boaphile racks.
    Why is that?

From what I can see...they're a sweet deal. You can get a 5 slot Sterilite 32 qt. WITH TUBS, fully built, heat installed and shipped free....for less than a 5 slot AP rack without tubs.

I'm thinking about picking up 2-3 of the 5 slot sideways racks to double as baby racks as well.

    Any opinions?

    Re: Boaphile racks

From what I've heard Boaphiles always have a long turnaround time and I've also heard the customer service isn't the best, not that they don't support but that their communication isn't the best.

Personally I always buy ReptileBasics racks. I currently own 7 RBI racks and I couldn't be happier with them. Every time I order there is always a fast turnaround. That racks are investment quality, the prices are fair and the customer service from Rich is top notch.

All their rack prices include heat, tubs and shipping. The hides you can buy discounted with the racks are awesome too.

I use the CB-70 racks for my big girls and the 32qt sweater box rack for my breeder males. You can also get the dividers Rich makes or make your own to double the 32qts as hatchling racks.

I have had some over the years...just sold the last one this past week actually. They always worked well for me. I don't have any complaints about them.

I have the 4-slot ballroom rack. Works great but it did take a long time for it to come in. I called 2 different times to check on the status and he was kind of a smarta on the phone.

I think I'm gunna get the AP next time I need another. Heard good things and price is reasonable.

Jeff is a good guy hung out with him A LOT at the Tinley show and after all the time talking to him at the show and dinner i can tell you hes a good guy. I have heard communication is not his best. But thats when u ring his cell and text him. He will surely answer

Racks do tend to take a bit of time a few weeks. But then again im 99% sure hes having them made to order. So theres gonna be that bit of a wait.

I can assure you his products are good i have never had a problem with them

I have the 4 slot cb70 rack. Its ok but ap customer service can not be beat. And the longest Ive had to wait for an order with them was 7 weeks and they were backed up then. Also ars makes great racks that are almost indestructible. But need a heated room
