    Normal? help!

This ball python was at a pet shop for $150. Now I know that's wayyy too expensive for a normal. But this didn't look like a normal. I'm not very good with recognizing the very subtle morphs yet.

Not sure male or female, but if it was a female I'd get her! She looks awesome.
Let me know what you think. I was kind of thinking granite??

Sorry for the absolutely terrible pictures, they are from my cell phone. I would take more if this pet shop wasn't 30 minutes away

    Thanks everyone!

Could possibly be a granite, but you would have to breed to prove it out. However, it looks to be a pretty decent size, and if it is a normal breedable female, they would sell for about $150 because of the money put into them and you don't have to wait for them to grow to breed.

    Re: Normal? help!

I did think about that, that $150 is good for a breedable female. This pet shop had some nice prices and some crazy prices. They were selling normals and pastel babies for $200 each. The red tail boa baby was a normal and $300

But yes, if I knew how to sex snakes, I would buy her if she was a female

She looks pretty normal to me, but she is really big so I think itīs a fair price.

    Re: Normal? help!

Depends on how "big" the snake is. It definitely looks like a normal. I woould throw out 150 if she (and only if it were a she) had the size to breed. If you pay $150 and find out it is just a normal male, you would be getting ripped in my op.
