Tom comes on the forums but not often... Give it time.. I am sure he will come across your post.

As far as I know the Epic is his own. From what I understand the gene brightens up whatever combo it seems to be put with.

Here is a run down of the Epic highlighter gene as described by Tim

I think both Tom and myself may have hit on the Epic gene all by itself only time will tell.

    Hello,
There is actually no such thing as a Super Crystal... I originally had called them Super Crystals before we found out that Specials and Mojaves are on the same allele. Which would make a Super Crystal impossible and now they are called Super Specials.
The link Tim posted shows a good explanation of the Epic gene. I will actually be posting a thread about my latest Epic clutch in the next couple minutes. Possibly have what might be a straight Epic which is the first time I have been excited about a single in awhile!

yeah i saw the super special. but what would u get if u cross to crystals? i think it would be a lucy, right?
but u could get a super special mojo though...

any plans underway to make this breeding? or a breeding like crystal x special?

or would they look the same like super special (because of the same allel)?

    Re: request to Python Dreams

If you bred a Super Special to a Crystal you would get half Crystals and half Super Specials. All of the babies would be Special from the fathers side (SS) and there would be a split of Mojaves and Specials from the mothers side(Crystal). A Super Special Mojave is not possible.
I have done Pastel Crystal X Special, and this season I did Pastel Super Special X Pastel Special and Pastel Super Special X Special. I did hatch out Super Specials and Pastel Super Specials, but nothing else.
