I've been buying from them for years, I think the quality is good. Shipping is pretty high though (about a 3rd of the cost of my usual order) so if you can bypass that it'll be a big plus.

They have a table at the Columbus OH reptile show and I purchased rats from them once. I really wasn't very happy with what I received, the sizes of the rats were very inconsistent and they were covered in urine and feces. I now buy my rats from American Rodent Supply and I have been very happy with them. They are a bit more expensive than some of the other place but shipping is free so it evens out. Their rats are much cleaner and more consistently sized than what I had from RodentPro.

Re: RodentPro
I ordered several hundred dollars worth of rodents from them, and was less than impressed. My last order I just gave away, I felt the quality was that poor. If you can't do better or don't care about the quality of what you're feeding your animals, they'll do, but there's much better quality out there. At least in my experience. But I'm really picky.

I've ordered from them for years and I've always gotten good rodents. If your order comes in poor, you can call them. I've always gotten great customer service from them and in pricing all over the place, the prices end up about the same amoung the places I've checked. If you buy from them and will get shipping, you have to order enough to fill a box to make the most of your purchase.
I like them.

Re: RodentPro
Ordered from them for the first time just last month. With the addition of two new mouths, I figured going to the petshop to get feeders had to end because it would have just continued to hurt my wallet. I was pleased with my pups, but being the crazy picky person I am, I wasn't super satisfied with the sm rats. Just a bit smaller than what I'm used to and kinda packaged haphazardly, but the snakes don't care, just as long as they get to eat something
I'll probably broaden my horizons the next few times and order from a few different places. May take a while, but I'll find someone I'm super satisfied with.

Re: RodentPro
Well, from your experiences, i think its about time for me to have my own with them. I appreicate all the opinions on them and how your order was recieved and the condition and quaility. Once i get mine, i will tell you what i think, not that it matters a lot LOL. But, it would be better than breaking the bank at the store, or having to buy live. i appriciate all input thanks

I have never ordered from them, but the store I get feeders at uses them. I am not quite happy with what I have gotten. I don't have much of a choice though, unless I do my own order. Honestly though, it's the pinkies and fuzzies and adult mice that I only have a gripe with. They always have broken limbs and are packed yellow stained with poop. I've never received a rat like that though.
After the last local show, I got small rats and large rats from Cider Reptiles and Rodents. I could not even imagine better quality. When I have to get some more rats, I'll probably try Mice Direct next. They are kind of local to me, it would still cost more to go pick them up. I'd have to make a little road trip out of it with my wife so we'd probably have lunch out, gas and stuff like that.
Anyway, after seeing what they deliver to my local pet store, I won't be doing any business with them. Though I'm also the type of person that will try something even if people tell me not too, so let me know if you buy from them and what your experience is.
