hissing i think just double checking

I love my ball python to death and im 80% sure this isnt a respiratory infection after ive done some research but when ever i go in to pick him up or pet him he kind of breathes out to make a sound you can hear it dosnt always happen it only happens when i touch for the first maybe 10 seconds 1-3 times. ive only had him for a week ive seen no signs of him doing it when im not touching him hes very normal, is this just hissing or idk

any kind of discharge or bubbles coming out of facial area? If so, it probably is an infection.
