    Fastest Ball Python growth rate?

Ok so I have this excellent Fire ball that I got from Justin K(thanks man she's Awesome) last summer. She hatched on 6/28/09. I received her on 8/11/09 weighting in at 104g I'm not sure if that is empty or not. Well I dropped her on the scale today empty and in barely over a year she has made a considerabe gain. She now weight more than my enchi who is 6months older! Tipping the scales at a whopping 1173g she has to be the fastest growing BP I've had to date.

I have a female pastel I picked up 15-Nov-09 @ 68 grams, as of 6 Jul 10 1023 grams empty. She's been off feed as of 14 June. She is in blue and will be weighed after shedding.

You got her in November and she only weighed 68g ? Wow you got me beat! I'm thinking these are exceptional cases though. Anyone else have an example?

Yeah, I was told she was hatched out in July. Not sure how she could have been so small still. The breeder might have told me the wrong hatch date. He didn't have any records handy. She had an incredible feeding response till she hit 700 grams. She shed last night and now weighs 996 grams, its been about 9 weeks since her last meal. I'm hoping this shed might have triggered to go back on feed.

How often were you guys feeding them? I have four 08 girls that I bought 3 months ago and have each put on around 400-500 grams (all within 3 months). I know that is including empty weight but I am still happy with the weight they have put on. I just feed them one small rat every week. The rats range in size, sometimes they are 60 grams and sometimes close to 90 grams.
