the new themes?

Were any added, I cannot find the option box to change the current theme. Were themes done away with the new vbulliten update?

just a side note, not to sure how much I like the new version of the smiles

No new themes are available just yet. I wanted to go ahead and get the forum back online before rolling out some new themes.

I may be on board with you about the new smilies that came with the upgrade. Not a fan.

i need my themes back lol. the white and blue and grey version of the site is really hard on my eyes. I think i used the brush or cammo one before. earth tones, much easier to read.

No opinion on the smileeees since this is the first post ive made since realizing we were up and running again. I do really like the clean layout though, very nice!

Ok thought I was nuts and was just about to post this same thread LOL. I couldn't find the themes either. I like the new layout though. But yeah, the old smilies were definitely better. These ones seem...smaller??

Thanks for the input, I cannot wait. Are the old themes going to be added back along with the new ones? And I must say, this new layout is very nice. Very refreshing compared to the long time origional layout. We will learn to love the new smiles.

Sorry - I didn't address one of your other questions.

The vBulletin we were using prior to the upgrade was...ancient.

The vBulletin we upgraded today follows more of today's web standards, and is coded much much differently - therefore, none of the themes from before were compatible.

We WILL be rolling out some new themes in the next couple of weeks. We've already started on a few that are looking quite nice, but we just need to add some final touches and they'll be ready to roll out

No - to recreate each of those themes would take a long time. And on top of that, we all felt it was time to roll out some new themes, as the other themes were a bit outdated.

The new themes we're rolling out will be somewhat similar (as far as color schemes), but not identical.

I was going to ask the same :p I have never used the normal blue layout, ever, its always been that one theme where the ball python pattern and color is put into everything. This new one, although nice, is sooooo not what im used to. Not in a bad way, I just cant wait for new themes to come out
