    first carpet

Hey guys, I have lots of ball pythons, but this is my first carpet. I think she is a coastal but just want to verify that. i got her for free infested with mites. she is 7 ft and a bit skinny at only 2053 grams

I also would like to know how big a female needs to be to breed. i know she is old enough, but needs to thicken up a bit.

Id say coastal, though not pure, some jungle in there maybe.

Grats on her though, and good luck with the mites. I actually went through pretty much the exact same thing recently, got a carpet around five foot, infested with mites .
I paid $90 for mine though I think you were alittle smarter! lol.

shes made me fall inlove though, I have my second one waiting for things to cool off to be mailed to me.

    Re: first carpet

uh, no way is this a coastal guys............ jungle cross of some sort.

head pattern, labial scales, ocular scales, jet black in the pattern, and ground color all equal not a coastal.
