Up until how old is a snake considered a hatchling?

For me, until it becomes a yearling when the new stuff the following year replaces it in the baby racks.

I'd say it's a hatchling until a year old (which makes it a yearling), and a yearling until...mm, 18 months? Then it's a juvenile. But that's just me.
