    Help interrupting rules?

    34. Pets: Only small, healthy, well‐cared‐for pets that live in cages (two cubic feet or less) or legal fish, small crustaceans, mollusks, turtles, and small amphibians in aquariums (20 gallons or less in size; maximum total gallon per resident may not exceed 20 gallons) are permitted in FGSH.

So, me and my wife are moving to college and are required to live on campus. We had got our Anole before knowing we were actually going to college and never considered that we wouldn't be able to take him. We originally saw rules stating "No pets besides fish", but now they say only small, health, well-cared-for pets? We are going to call them directly, but I want the communities opinion on this. We want to take him with us so bad!

I'm a pretty good rule interrupter but this is one you may to just let lie.

If you are within the guidelines they have set then you comply. If you comply, why ask them if you comply?

See where I'm going with this?

Well, if they find a pet that isn't "registered" with them its a 500 dollar fine starting. And then you have to pay for them to deep clean the entire two bedroom apartment. Repaint, steam clean, etc. So, we did call them and we are getting to keep the lizard. But theres a chance we might be able to keep our baby kitten as well!

You left out the registration part. That changes the equation.

    College eh?
