    Are you asking for the cheapest way, or the best way?...
    Cheapest would definitely be a human heat pad set to medium.
    Dangerous? Very.
    But the cheapest for sure.

    LOL, yeah cheap and dangerous, mine on low is 104 degrees

    Flexwatt wired to plug into a thermostat, not sure how you can get cheaper than that and still be safe.

    I use 4 foot flex-watt and a helix, but you could go with a Ranco and save some monies.

    cheapest way is an oil filled heater hooked to a t-stat.
    heat the room to an ambient temp of 87 deg.
    works great.

    i think i'll go for the flex watt, i just find those heat mat (zilla and zoo med type) pretty expensive... thanks everyone!

    I agree, you can order 5 heat pads and clips and wire it up for the same price as 1 zoo-med or equivalent pad.
    Flexwatt is def the way to go IMO

    Depends if you have a lot of time on your hands you could just keep the bin on your lap
