    should i skip a meal?....

Tomorrow (Thursday) is feeding time for my girl and i was wondering if i should skip a meal because she is in a deep shed. I fed her on Saturday a first small rat and it was a big meal for her, i feed her every 5 days because she's still young (about 500 grams) being a bigger meal i also want to know if i should continue feeding every five days or switch to every week? Skip or not to skip? Thanks guys

If she eats frozen thawed offer,If she eats live watch very closely and if she doesnt eat just keep the rat till next time mine eat in shed with no problem but sometimes their aim is off when they are blue., also i would go to every 7 days a small rat is a great size for that snake.

Most of mine will eat readily if the "blue" is clearing.

I also don't feed mine from the time they go blue until shed complete. And feeding every 7 days will be fine...

I feed live, so when their eyes are glazed over, I wait until it clears up before I feed them. I have experienced my snake struck a rat when her eyes was glazed over and she caught the rat around the rump and the rat's mouth was free to sink his teeth... we caught it with the tongs so it didn't do damage, but we decided to just wait a few days for the eyes to clear from then on.
