    Dragons4You Racks

Does anyone have any experience using racks from Dragons4You.com? They look like a really nice product and I like how they sandwich the heat tape between 2 pieces of ABS so there is no direct contact with the tubs. Here is a link.... http://www.dragons4you.net/Racks.html I was thinking about getting the combo rack so I can use it with 15 and 32 quart tubs.

    Re: Dragons4You Racks

Never used em, I am an Animal Plastics product user exclusively.

If I may comment though, I HATE that they used what looks like 1/4" stuff and then doubled it under the tubs.

They also routed the heat tape on the outside of the rack and up and back in which looks awful in my opinion.

They also look like they just adhered 2 pieces somehow to the sides that the shelves slide into.

Im a Carpenter and am very meticulous, and they honestly look like junk.

Their prices dont seem too far off of Animal Plastics stuff.....Id give them a call

    Just my 2 pennies

    Re: Dragons4You Racks

This is my first rack...i'm switching over from Animal Plastics cages, so this is exactly the type of critique I was looking for. I LOVE my Animal Plastics cages, but they just aren't practical for keeping more than 1 or 2 snakes. I appreciate your keen eye, because I didn't see any of the things you pointed out until you did.

    Re: Dragons4You Racks

i have a dragons4you rack and love it. while it is tripled up 1/4", it is strong and allows the heat tape to slide into the rack and not be exposed to the sliding of the tubs. i also have 2 of his cages as well. he is a great guy and his customer service is great.
