I acquired a rex female rat as a feeder but she was pregnant, so we decided to keep her as a breeder because is really nice. Well I have fed off most of the babies from the litter, but there is one that appears to be losing all of it's fur so I assume she mated with one of her litter mates (must have been a rex as well). I don't want to offer him to my BPs because if they refuse it I'm worried it will put them off feed. They're finicky and I am trying to get them consistently eating every week. What do you guys think, will they refuse it because it's hairless?

!! My red tail would not take it at all...so I ended up taking it back after a few days of attempting and the pet store gave me one with white fur that had just come in with their new stock. Sometimes it seems like they can in fact tell the difference?
