    BP Keeps Pooping On Me!?!?

I have had my little buddy for about 4 months now. He is eating regularly, seems very friendly and everything seems to be going great.

His husbandry is pretty spot on as I have done my share of research.

Anyway, since I got him he has popped 3 times. Two of those times was on me while holding him. Am I doing something wrong? Is he scared? Or is this normal?

He doesnt show that he is scared. He crawls all over me, flicks his tongue on my face and is only a little head shy.

Why does he keep pooping on me? He really does not seem stressed or scared. He rarely ever even balls up when I hold him now. Always stretched out and roaming around.

    Husbandry:

    - Obvious stuff like 2 hides, 1 on each side (hot/cold). 78-93 is about the average temps.
    - Climbing log
    - Water dish
    - Feed once a week
    - Roughly 180 grams
    - First poop was in cage and solid
    - Second poop was on me and a mix of solid and liquid
    - Third poop was the same as second.

I am worried 2 fold. One, because he is pooping on me lol. Two, because his last 2 poops have been slightly watery. Basically there would be a solid poop with white urates and yellow/clearish liquid. I assume this is Poop/Urates and Urine all at once?

What am I doing wrong here?

Again, he seems very calm and relaxed and it seems to come from no where. Both times I have been sitting on my bed relaxing watching TV letting Apollo climb around and chill out with me. Both time, he also got super lethargic a minute before pooping. He would go from super active and "friendly" to lethargic and then letting the great flood gates open.

I don't wanna be a bad owner so just wanna know if maybe I am doing something wrong.

    Any advice most appreciated.

Well I think they just kinda go wherever they are when they get that urge. Maybe you could try to let her go before you handle her so much. But I'm pretty sure it's normal.

I've been pooped on also. I think it is just the wrong spot at the wrong time. With you I think your a 2X wrong spot wrong time. Nothing abnormal but I suggest you may want to cut down on handling unless you can tell when he's about to go.

are u handling her after she sheds. they almost always go right after they shed. the last two were pee. not poop. if ur holding her and shes really moving around and trying to get away then she is scared or stressed. and that is prolly why. once she starts really moving and trying to get away put her back. also look at her vent. if she is really big and looks like she has something ready to come out dont take her out. and her crawling around only helps her get that poo and everything ready to come out
A room full of empty racks and thermostats that have been unplugged.
