Re: is she preg???
It sort-of looks like it, but you can't tell for sure in that picture.
Look for more signs, like:
- Bowl wrapping
- Staying on the cool side of the enclosure
- Seeing/feeling follicles
- Ovulation
- Pre-shed shed
Good luck! Also, what was the pairing?

Ooh! That is a nice surprise! If she starts any of those signs, she is more than likely gravid (pregnant). Even though, personally, I think she already is. And whatever babies she may hatch, it will be surprise! Good luck with the wait, though. Make sure you read up on breeding. If you have any other questions, send me a private message.

Re: is she preg???
She seems kind of small/young from the picture. What is her weight and age?
Also, you can try palpating her gently and if you feel hard bumps (like grapes or marbles) a little more that half way down her body then you are feeling follicles and she is laying inverted due to building. If you feel distinct lumps that feel like marshmallows (soft ovals) then you are feeling developing eggs.
I have seen girls that weren't bred do this and also males laying this way after a meal so just laying in this position isn't a tell tail sign she is gravid. If it is in conjunction with other signs like not eating, bowl wrapping, laying coiled, or an ovulation then it could be due to her building or being gravid.
Good luck and it would be sweet if she was!

She could be building though. I've had a 1000-ish-g female who's been showing all the signs - laying inverted, glowing lumping and has had 7 steadily growing follicles but I haven't put her to a male. I've had her 8-9 months now though she was with about 15 other royals in a tub when i bought her at 700g. I guess she could have bred but more likely she's just a small mature female showing the behaviour. I'm waiting for her to stop and start eating again so i can feed her up for next season but i guess like all the young girls here in london, she wants a baby far too early.
