No june bugs at all. For the same reason that you should never feed meal worms to a beardie. The outer shell (exoskeleton) is too hard and can cause blockages. They can't digest hard shelled insects. Also remember that most outdoor bugs can harbor parasites and can give them to your dragon when ingested. Lighting bugs are toxic.
Crickets (dusted), dubia roaches, pheonix worms, silk worms, hornworms (purchased farmed, not wild caught!). Those are the absolute best due to vitamin and calcium content. Wax worms can be an occasional treat (very high in fat). Super worms.
Kale, collard, mustard and dandylion greens. Sprouts. Dandylion flowers. Diced veggies. Better if they are blanched so they are softer. Occasional diced banana, apple, certain berries for a snack.
