    CNN-Hawaii

    http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/...ns.kitv?hpt=C2

Just saw this on CNN- It amazes me how much bad publicity snakes get. I personally think that ignorance of an animal along with natural fear is going to effect breeders of the larger snakes.

    That's horrible =(

Did you see the bad shed that poor snake was having. People disgust me, when you obtain a new animal its YOUR responsibility to take care of that thing for the duration of its life, not until its inconvinient for you. Ugh.

    Re: CNN-Hawaii

The problem is all snakes in Hawaii are illegal.Any animal the is non native in Hawaii is pretty much illegal. When ever there is something like that happening it makes the news there...CNN just rebroadcasted Hawaii local news..I understand it is bad publicity. But it was a irresponsable person keeping a illegal animal against the law.Luckily he turned it in and it was just a illegal animal story. We already know he is a idiot for having it....and breaking the law so he is irresponable im pretty sure the story could have gotten a lot worse..........I am origanlly from Hawaii and all my friends ask me to send them snakes.......I refuse it's against the law I tell them if you want it you do it.I explain besides being against the law you know nothing about caring properly for the animal........if you wanna play with snakes just come to my house when you come to vegas LOL
