    A mouth full of aspen!

Yesterday I feed Austin a large CAT........ The darn thing ran into his hide and thats when Austin went for it. I noticed that the CAT had gotten out and Austin thought he still had it.... I removed his hide and sure enough, Austin had a mouth full of Aspen. I tried to remove with the hemos. but wasn't able to remove all of it... He did manage to swallow. He also was able to scarf down his wed. night cuisine. My question is.. Will the Aspen hurt his insides? I would think his stomach acid would be able to handle it.

I've allways been under the impression that snakes swallow all kinds of stuff in the wild. I try to avoid it as much as possible but im not worried about it when it happens...

That's why you use Aspen and not the pine shavings . For when it is accidentally ingested.
