    Reptile Basics

Just received my 6th rack from ReptileBasics.com. As usual there was:

    1. Very quick turnaround time.

    2. Excellent costumer service, I needed it shipped on a certain day and Rich hooked it up.

    3. Great packaging. The rack arrived in perfect condition and with foam padding instead of packing peanuts. (MUCH better, much less mess)

    4. Great product. Rack was pre assembled and wired up right. Just need to plug it in and it was up and running.

Overall I couldn't be happier with the transaction.

    Re: Reptile Basics

We don't use his racks as we started with another manufacturer before finding him and since we liked what we had we have been sticking with them.

On another note though we do use his display enclosures and are extremely happy with them. We have made them our standard for that type of housing. We had tried a couple others, but their quality and turn around times didn't even come close to Reptile Basics. Not to mention Rich was easy to talk to on the phone. All to think, if it would not have been for the turn around time one vender gave us on a replacement peice for a 4 X 2 enclosure (2 weeks) when we were getting a 6' long blood we probably would have never tried his enclosures and would still be using the other vender. He was able to ship us an enclosure the next day which made sure we had a new home all ready for our baby, day one when she arrived.
