    Moving food?

    Hi,

My new little guy has been eating and pooping fine. But I still have some noob questions to ask.

Since my small scale hasn't arrived yet I am still feeding the Komodo CGD - because that is mixed by volume which I can do.

Now, Lucien only seems to eat a tiny amount of it per day - I'd guesstimate it to be about a 5-7mm diameter balls worth. And the stuff molds very quickly so I decided to put less in the bottle cap as I was throwing away 98% of the mix.

But since only having a small hill of it in the middle of the milk top he seems to be eating less??

And I noticed that it was getting dripped on from some overhanging plants and moved it about 3 inches yesterday to a place that has nothing hanging over it and he didn't touch it at all last night.

Should I move it back or will he adjust and start eating it again?

I was wondering if he feels too exposed to eat it in the new location?
