    at what age is a BP considered an adult?

    mines about 2 years old is it an adult?

    Well, I'd think breeding age is adult. And they can start breeding pretty safely in the low/mid 1000s grams area, right? I keep seeing you can start breeding in the 2nd or 3rd year, so somewhere in there, I'd think.

    I had males breed around 6 months and females their 2nd winter. I feel a ball python is an adult when it becomes sexually mature. weight becomes a larger factor than age. but I had a male fire that was 800 grams but didn't lock until he reached 6 months in age.

    Humans can breed at 13, I wouldn't consider that an adult though.

    Id say around 3-4 years would be considered an adult BP
