    Leo Feeding

How many prey items does your gecko eat per day? Include how old your gecko is, its weight, sex, what type of prey item, and how often you feed if not every day.

I have geckos of all ages. The adults are anywhere between 60 and 100 grams. They get 5 to 6 supers and 3 or 4 roaches everyother day. Hatchlings get 2 supers and 1 roach everyday. If they eat all of them quick I might put afew extra in there.

Hatchlings can eat superworms? Those seem so big.

    Re: Leo Feeding

My guys are all adults now (Tim will be 2 in Aug, Loretta just turned 4, Clementine will be 6 in July, and 3 will be 6 in Sept.), they eat mostly supers. It depends on how many and how often though...sometimes they will eat 4 and sometimes none. I offer every other night usually and if they are hungry they eat. I don't get alarmed if someone goes a week w/out eating because I know that they will also go on a "OMG I'm starving" spurt and eat a ton. I let them dictate what they want and when. I don't have up to date weights on them but three out of four are chunky. LOL.
When they were babies I gave them crickets, as many as they wanted every night.
