    Moving .......Again

So after talking for a while me and my fiance are deciding to move out of the apartment we are in and into a townhome for a couple years until we can buy a house. So now we are in the hunt, my main thing to her is I want to move somewhere where I'm allowed REPTILES so I don't have to keep hiding them. I hope this won't be a problem we found 3 places we are looking at this weekend that allot Dogs and Cats so I'm Hoping and Praying that reptiles won't be a problem. Anyone think I'm going to have a problem ? Better yet anyone know any townhomes that allow reptiles in the philadelphia or Jersey area ?

Personally sneaky devil that I am I would get in writing that they allow pets and if they balk and try and evict you then sue them for breach of contract.

But I don't think you should have that many problems dude.

    Re: Moving .......Again

From personal experience you want to not only make sure they allow "caged pets", but also specifically that they allow snakes and even more specifically that you are allowed to have snakes.

I had a lot of trouble with my landlords when I first moved where I live now. Fortunately they had agreed to write in that I was allowed to have snakes in my lease so they didn't have much of a choice when the building sup. convinced them I shouldn't be allowed to.

Wherever we end up I will get them to handwrite, sign and date that snakes are allowed and I will get myself a copy.
