Just Curious
I'm waiting for my female to drop her eggs and she's on day 31 after her pre-lay shed. Since I'm sitting here pulling my hair out waiting on her I figured I'd ask a question that I'm gonna be asking later down the road.
My question is once the 1st little snake pips or the snakes start hatching is opening the lid of the egg box everyday enough air exchange to leave the little guys with enough air to breathe? For those of you with experience what do you do?
The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it.

Well I haven't had any hatchlings yet, I have eggs now. But tubs aren't air tight. As long as you don't have the press and seal on the tub there is going to be air exchange. I'm sure you'll be opening the tub every day or at least every few days. I wouldn't worry too much.

Re: Just Curious
air exchange needs to be done last 1-2 weeks of incubation and only once every 4-6 days

Since it's your first, I doubt you'll be able to go more than 8-10 hours at a time without looking in on them. As you get a few clutches run through, and the process becomes less new, every few days is more than adequate.
