yes that is one of the worst smells. i had to buy a new tub due a snake not eating a frozen thawed rat. He bit it coiled it but never ate it and he had moved it behind his hide. I checked his tub before i left the house came home late to the worst smelling room ever.

Even thawed rats smell. When I defrost my rats they just smell, but I guess the snakes like that smell
