    Computer question

    Ok i know some things about computers but this has me stumped.I tried sending out a message thru another sites contact link.Well something poped up and said my POP3 does not exist .Ok what is not setup? I await anyones assistance with this

    Chances are you clicked on a link with their e-mail address? That link is programmed to pop up your default e-mail client - which you've not set up.

    you can always copy the link. If it looks like this: mailto:email@domain.com - just get rid of the "mailto:", and you have their e-mail address - so just log into your e-mail and send it to their address.

    Well it was actually one of the ads on craigslist.I was trying to answer someones questions about snakes.I tried the copy and past the link and do the direct email message but never heard back from them .So maybe they done need help anymore.

    If the email didn't bounce back then chances are it went though just fine. CL people have a habit of not responding especially when they have questions.
