Any tips or tricks to get a girl to do it?
Ok , Ok get your mind out of the gutter.. Girl Bp..
So, I have a very unwilling female and was curious if there is a way to get her in the mood?
To let you know I have tried to bring the male to her. I have brought her to the male. I have even misted her hoping she though it was the spring..
Do you have ant tricks you might use.. I am open to about anything..
Thank you in advance..

Do you have a proven breeder female you could house her with shortly? There was a SnakeBytes episode that said you could do that to kick-start a female. Not sure what episode, but I think it was fairly recent (this year).

Usually if you have a very good male, the females always give in.
But you can also toss in sheds from other males or females

A fresh, still-damp shed from a receptive female may spur the male to court her more effectively.

Thanks for the remind. I have tried the shed in the tub. But of only a male. I might try a female. I have like 4 in blue now so i will toss them all in.. Just to see if I get any progress.
I had noticed the male doing the dance so to speak with his tail shaking.. Its quite funny..

If it's her first year she may not go at all. Or only to certain males. If you have more than one you could try rotating and see if any lock up.
Some females are picky, and some males are lazy.
Ball pythons, or any animal, are not to be predicted, if they don't want to go they won't. Keep trying and hope for the best!
Takes time and patience, good luck!

Thanks I know I need to just wait it out. They are both first year. The male seems very aggressive but she is very "cold". I wish I had another male but I am dealing with a visual to a het. I have no other at this time.. Maybe next year.. I will keep my fingers crossed..

Keep trying! It's always stressful when a male or female just doesn't want to go... But try everything and hopefully she'll get more interested.

Do you have another female that you're also breeding? Put her in with that female and your male at the same time. That's worked for me in the past.
