Re: What should i do?
Is it really that cold in LA? Lol, good luck, I hope power outage is the worst that happens. I always keep several feet/hand warmers in case of emergency, and tubs to put all my snakes in.

Water bottles with warm water

Yeah, we have a generator, but warm water and heat packs or hand warmers are a good solution. Looks unusually chilly there! The sun will warm your house and heat things up some, making it easier, but you might have a bit of worry over night. Cover the racks/cages with blankets if it drops below 70 in your home, that will help keep in the heat from the bottles and warmers.
If you have a gas stove, and the gas works, but the power doesn't, crack the oven open and turn it on. It's not safe, never leave it that way, but it will heat the kitchen and surrounding areas. You can bring any of the more vulnerable animals in there.
Worst case, pack them all into bags, and warm them in your kitchen or in your car.
Don't feed if you think there's a possibility of cold temps, she'll be fine.

Re: What should i do?
Put all of your enclosures on the ground away from anything that may fall on top of them. You dont want the snakes to fall off a shelf or something, or to get crushed from falling debris, also place them on top of a rug or carpet on the floor so the heat is not transmitted directly into the floor, the carpeting or rug will insulate the tanks from heat loss.
Maybe place them under a table to shield them from falling junk...

If an earthquake is going to happen, your snakes may start to act a little weird. Make sure you have the lids locked down and tight.
Good Luck!

ps What makes you think that earthquakes are about to occur?

That's pretty freaky to know that they say it's at a high risk level, but nothing is said to the public!
I guess they don't want to cause a panic.
