I NOTICED WHAT LOOKS LIKE MISSING SKIN ON MY BABY BRB'S BACK, I DONT THINK ITS A MOUSE BITE/ SCRATCH BECAUSE I WAS WATCHING THE WHOLE TIME HE ATE, BUT IDK, MAYBE HE'S ABOUT TO GO INTO SHED BUT LAST TIME IT DIDNT LOOK LIKE THIS PRIOR TO SHED. IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT THIS IS PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Re: What's wrong with my brb?
It looks like a combination of a rub/scrape mark from something, and low humidity. The scales are a little curled and dimpled in places. Indicative of low humidity. What type of enclosure is it housed in? Is there anything it could wedge its body under or between to cause these marks? Branches with a wedge? Fake plants with un-cut plastic loops on them? Snakes are notorious for squeezing into small places. If they can get the head in they will push until they get their body through or get stuck. Which ever comes first. It doesnt look bad or threatening at this point but I suspect your husbandry needs some work. BRB's need more attention to detail than some other snakes when it comes to housing and husbandry. They are not considered good snakes for unexperienced snake keepers. Take some pictures of its enclosure so we can try to help you figure it out.

Re: What's wrong with my brb?
I had a similar issue with my BRB a few months ago when I was transporting her over a long distance and is nothing more than a failed shed comming off with the next one. If your BRB is trying to shed but is disrupted by something, i.e. moving, low humidity, new enclosure, excessive handling, your snake will put off the shed as a result. As long as you maintain a high level of humidity (75%-85%) and ensure that your tank is clean and adequetly set up your snake will shed off the double layer of skin on his/her own. To help, and what has worked for me, is to give the snake a room temperature bath (about an inch of water) in a secondary tank which can be closed and set in her current tank. Let her sit for an hour or so and replace the water with a damp t-shirt and leave her in it for another 1-3 hours. Because the excess layer of skin is thicker and more difficult to stretch, your snake may refuse food, as mine did for 4 weeks before finally shedding her skin. Also, place a humidity box with damp moss in the enclosure after you pull the snake out of the secondary enclosure so she can continue this treatment as he/she wants. Hope this helped and good luck!
This is what mine looked like in case you were curious

ok i have a humidity box but he never ever uses it lol. but i will take your advice.the humidity is usually between 75 & 90, there was 2 times that i went to work, came home & it was around 50 or 55, that happened twice, im trying my best not to let that happen again.

Ive had the same thing happen and also concluded it was a humidity issue. Raised the humidity, waited for him to shed a few times and they cleared right up.

If possible set up your fogger to a hygrometer. It will keep your tank at a constant level of humidity without needing you to reglulate it constantly
