Hey Chris, typically a humidity issue can cause dented eye(s). Whats your humidity?

Just try to keep humidity no lower than 45% ideally you want 55-60%

If using a screen top for a cage cover 3/4 of that with a towel, alum foil, or plexi glass to hold in heat and humidity

    Re: dented eye

How long has it been since the snake last shed? You can put a small tupper ware type container in there with some moist moss, cypress mulch, or coconut bedding. This is a humid hide. Dented eyes can be a sign of low humidity of the snake may just be ready for a shed. If you provide a humid hide the snake will lay in it and will get the extra boost of humidity it needs to fix the eye denting and assure a good shed.
