I scored a free mini-fridge off craigslist a while back, and have finally gotten around to converting it into an incubator. My friend came over with his drill last night, and put two holes on the side (back is too thick). I then installed the flexwatt, and will use the other hole for my thermostat probe.

I decided not to gut the back of the fridge, mostly due to local laws regarding freon release... not worth paying a professional to do that, when it would probably cost more than buying a fancy incubator. Since I have hardwood floors it is still easy to move, and space isn't much of an issue. Now that I have the heat source done, what else will I need to do? Is the A/C fan a necessity, and what about water bottles? How many will I need for a fridge this size? Here are some before & during photos - any input/suggestions are appreciated!

I will put the shelves back in once everything's done...
