    iHerp

What is this? I see it on a lot of signatures, but just the home page alone is a little overwhelming, like facebook with snakes and lizards...

Any opinions/instructions if it's worth while?

I use it to keep track of everything from feeding and sheds to breeding information. It is very useful and I highly recommend it.

It is really simple once you get the hang of it. Create an account and then you can enter your animals. Name, species, purchase price, date acquired, etc. Then you can upload photos and input tracking. Super easy and makes keeping track of your animals super simple. Heck, you can even track when they poop!

Not at all. Its good practice to keep track of your snakes and this way you don't have to worry about keeping track on an excel file or on paper.

    Re: iHerp

Here is my only reservation: Is there a way to download and save your info?
What if iHerp goes under or is sold to a company that makes it pay only. Is all your info lost?

    Re: iHerp

I personally love my iHerp. It does make keeping track of things much easier. For instance I know exactly how long my male B/P's have NOT eaten! LOL.
