reptile basics rack trouble

On my reptile basics rack (CB-70), the back row of heat tape is not working. I sent an email to rbi bought they have not gotten back to me. Any suggestions. The heat tape won't heat up.

What are you using to control the temps?

Will it work if you plug it straight into the wall?

Sounds like a bad wiring connection.

I am using a ranco. The second row heats up fine. I will try plugging it in the wall.

Just making sure, the CB-70 has 2 plugs(one for each row of flex-watt) and both are pugged in, right?

Yes, I know there are 2 plugs. It heats up when plugged into the wall. I just plgged it back into my thermostat. We will see.

I tried calling today. All i got was "this number is unavailable". I got that twice. I will try again later.

I have the same issue with mine the top shelf, back row of tape and im using a helix, I talked to rich and I bought some more flexxwatt so I have to replace it
