I guess I should introduce myself...

I didn't realize there was a place to do this...
I'm Paula and I was dragged into this hobby by my nutty 9 year old daughter who had been begging me for a snake for almost 2 years After proving her interest by meeting every challenge I put in front of her (including refusing an offer to buy her a puppy) she earned a snake for her 9th birthday. Along the way I must admit I fell for them too.
Don't get me wrong, I have always likes snakes, just never thought I would ever own one LOL. We already have a zoo at our house:
1 dog, 3 cats, 1 fish, 3 kids... and since Feb 28 1 little normal BP named Nagaina.

I really enjoy reading the threads and have learned so much already from all of you. I look forward to enjoying my...ahm, I mean my daughters new slithery friend for years to come

Don't feel bad I too never thought I would own a snake let alone be looking into getting more. But my 7 year old read every book, did ever book report and answered every question I threw at him. Kids the things we do for them.

    Welcome
