    fire x phantom... result?

I've been looking into black and blue eyed lucys. And i got to thinking, since a fire is het for black eyed and a phantom is het for blue eyed, what would be the result of breeding these two?? i tried finding pictures or anything about this being done but cant seem to find anything about it. Anybody else heard anything?

I'm guessing 1/4 normals, 1/4 phantoms, 1/4 fires, and 1/4 very bright, clean phantoms. ...because the black-eyed lucy genes aren't on the blue-eyed complex, I doubt you'd get a white snake. But I'd be happy to be proven wrong!

I don't think it has been done yet, but I imagine it would give you something like a fire x mojave cross, which I believe has been done, and looked like a light mojave if I am not mistaken.

Yeah I doubt you would get a white snake. But it would be nice to see what would happen with a fire phantom x fire phantom. hmmmmm.

i was thinking about something similar just last week. Since it is possible to get a black eyed/ blue eyed lucy combo, what would the result be..... most likely a pure white snake but.... what color eyes???

    Ummm.. a Fire Phantom? :p

Black eye and Blue eye leucistics are completely different morphs... you dont get a white snake by breeding a yellowbelly to a mojave, nor do you get one by breeding a het Blue eye to a het Black Eye!
