    Belfast Zoo (DUW)

Took a wee trip to the zoo last week. Haven't been there since I was a wee lad and it pleased me to see the improvements they have around the zoo. Excellent breeding programmes and some the animals seem to be fairly happy, well as happy as can be when looked up 24/7.

It was great to see my wee girls face light up every time we came to a new enclosure.

    Flamingoes.

Demoiselle Crane and a lovely wheelie bin.

    Emperor Tamarin.

Red Tree Kangaroo enjoying an upside down snooze.

    Me on a Monday morning.

    California Sea Lion

    Maned Wolf.

    Fossa

    Pygmy Marmoset

The view from the top of the zoo.

    Sun Bear

    African Wild Dog

    Barbary Lions

    White-tailed Eagle.

    Turaco

    Orange-crested Cockatoo

    Von der Decken's Hornbill

    Kookaburra

    ?

    Sloth

    ?

    ?

    Capybara

    Black and white ruffed Lemur

    Ring tailed Lemurs

    Asian Elelphant

    Meerkat

Those pictures are incredible. That moustached monkey and the sun bear are my favourites. Well done.

    Cool pics,

That looks like a great zoo to visit.

    I think this;

Is a crested pheasant - but this was the only picture I could find on google.
