    Guess the species....

    Hints:
    There are less of these in captivity than Komodo Dragons...

    They have never been kept in Europe, and Canada... They were only in the US one other time and that was back in the early 90's at the Baltimore Zoo...

    Here are a couple of photos...

    I imported a 2.2 of these last week... They were covered in mud and ticks... Its amazing what a week and a half in captivity can do for a mud covered import...

    Been to the Solomon Islands lately?

    Wow I don't even know LOL I've never seen these before, thanks for sharing pics!

    At the place I volunteer at we have these Chanoles (half Anole, half Chameleon) or however you spell it. I was told they were pretty rare but I'm not sure how many are actually alive. We had two but one of them didn't survive. Yesterday I was misting the other one's enclosure & putting some fake plants in it and it was completely calm even though they are labeled at "jumper".
