    Breeding Seasong

Curious how this breeding season is going for everyone, it has been very slow for me here in Philly (perhaps the massive snow storms or tremors from several earthquakes in Chili and Hati have thrown off the mojo).

I viewed several hook up's in Dec/Jan but very little since then (hoping the snakes are just creeping). My DH albino pied female went on an eating binge in early Jan, she is typically not a great eater, so hoping that is maternal instinct kicking in knowing she needs the nutrients for the eggs. Fingers crossed on albino pieds

New website, constructive criticisms encouraged and welcomed, work in progress, needs more info/data. www.IGReptiles.com

Very cool site and good luck with your double het girl. Breeding season here is at that stage where you are seeing tons of locks but nothing else is happening.
    Under Construction.....

Our season is going great! We have 19 Ovulations so far and hopefully around 30 more to go! Also waiting for clutch #2 and 3 to be laid right now. Hopefully your DH gets some size and lays a nice fertile clutch! Good Luck with everything this year!

    Re: Breeding Seasong

The female is almost 2000grams, I have held her back from breeding to make sure I got a big healthy clutch out of her and that she was healthy. Pretty sure she knows and I will get a nice clutch out of here this year.

Where are you located? Just wanna put in my notes about this nasty winter we've had here vs. what others are seeing, if that has had effects on the season. Like I said, I just have not seen the copulations, does not mean they are not happening. On another note, my geckos are breeding like they're trying to recreate the entire population.

Ok ok, how do I post what I guess is called an 'avatar'? I assumed this was what my profile picture was but it does not appear to be coming up. Totally off topic. In 1999 I was pretty on top of technology, 2010 and I can barley post a damn message.

Every forum is a bit different. I sent a PM.

Our year is going well so far. This is what I call the slow time, just about all the 09's are sold and I have time to breath. Update the website and build a few more racks.
