Question Tail injury and in shedding, need help.

Maybe some remember my post about my ball dora hurting her tail tip once from bed shedding and then contineud further down a bit without knowing the cause.
Anyways now she has a crust were she was hurt (dont know what its called but its like when humans hurt there skin and have a crust there) and she's in shedding. will this interfier with the shedding? should i try to remove the crust or will that further increase problem?

Neosporin for the next 2 month/once or twice a week. It may cause an issue with the shed. If it does, soak the snake to clean the shed skin off of the snake.

    Good Luck!

Do you mean a scab? If so, do not remove it. When she sheds, the scab might fall off on its own.

If it is scabbed over then I don't think you need to put any neosporin or anything on it. Just make sure it isn't red and irritated or pussing and you should be fine.

If anything, the shed will help speed up the healing process.

You're right, if it is a scab, nothing is needed, but if it has a crust over the wound, Neosporin is called for.
