    Why he isnt eatin

    Hey all! Well I know why the little one wont eat or want to be messed with today I put in a another hide for him and i noticed his eyes are blue. Hes going into shed .. hopefully that's the reason he didn't eat and don't wanna be messed with

    Ya, a shed is very stressful and some will not eat! Leave him completely alone until he is finished shedding! Make sure the humidity is at least 60% from now until he sheds!

    Yea i am like I said I just added the other hide today. I made that humidifier that's on the DIY section. I wonder how much that will keep the humidity up to?

    I hope you already have something to measure humidity?
    Most of my snakes don't eat during shed. Nothing to worry about at all.

    Yea i do i was just curios if anyone tested it to see what it could produce and sustain over time good invention tho

    That's pretty dependent on the size of your enclosure, the amount of ventilation you have, your heat source(s), the type of enclosure, your room temps, etc. There is no set answer.

    Just monitor your readings.
