    Incubator Build

Well, I ended up getting my fridge and all the supplies to make my incubator and figured I would snap a few pics of the build. Where I am going to be putting my incubator I don't have easy access to the back and don't want a bunch of wires hanging out the sides. So, I decided to install a recepticle inside the incubator and have just one plug coming out the back.

Here is a picture of the incubator before I started the build...

Here is how I decided to install the recpticle inside. i just drilled one small hole and pulled the main power in.

I also decided to allow myself the freedom to adjust the fan speed by installing a low volt rheostat. I also didn't want any standing air by the heat tape to cause hot spots.

I basically installed the fan on the same wall that the heat would be on, just above where the heat would be taped.

Here are a few pics of the finished product. The gradient between top and bottom is not that bad, I believe it is less than one degree. Not mention, it holds temps well. Thanks for having a look.
