I have been doing a good amount of research on Red Tails and they seem to be the most docile of the larger snakes and don't tend to get over 8 feet. Also they seem to be about the same as a ball python to take care of just bigger. Is this true or no? If not what is the most docile big snake? I keep hearing about these BCC's or BCI's....what does that stand for?
I would be keeping the RTB in a 20 gallon for the first year then making my own cage for it after that. (4x2x2 is what they need as adults)
Any help is appreciated and any sites that you know of for info you can post it here. I was going to RedTailBoa.com but I can't get used to the way the forum is set up and can't find nothing.
