    new substrate question

i just bought some cypress mulch for my BP and just changed his cage out. i used the rest of the orchid bark he had and mixed it with the cypress mulch. I am pretty sure i read on here the other day that cypress held moisture better. so i went out today and bought some. my question is... is it ok that the entire floor is cypress? is it completely safe for my BP? i asked at the pet store but you all know how most pet store people are. thanks everyone

It sounds fine to me! Coconut fibre is also very good at holding humidity! It's really want you like and what works best for you! As long as you don't use pine mulch then you should be okay!
