I think I have a serious issue.
Well, I got home from work today and was making a routine check on all of my animals. When I pulled one of the tubs open, the male that was locked with the female pulled his penes out of the female. He looked as if he was fully extended when he chose to pull out. His pene was prolapsed for a minute or so and then it went all the way back in. What would you guys suggest for this boy?

I say to just keep an eye on him. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time for the males to retract there penes back in. He probably pulled out when you opened the tub because he got frightened.
As long as his penes stay in he should be fine. If they pop back out I suggest giving him a bath with sugar water. The sugar will act as a lubricant and help retract them back in.

I have accidentally interrupted my snakes before while making my inspections. If the male withdraws, I usually give him a day or 2 off and then reintroduce and have had no long term problems. Then I give myself 10 lashes for being a meathead.

Re: I think I have a serious issue.
Did the male pull his penes out, or did they come out because either he or the female moved? That might make a difference.
This is way beyond my level of knowledge & experience, but it seems to me like the kind of thing that happens now & then with no harm. It probably happens sometimes when we are never aware of it.
It seems like if he was "prolapsed" for only a minute or so, that doesn't seem too bad. In the normal routine, do they remove their penes from the female before retracting them into themselves? Or is it done more simultaneously? I don't believe I've seen anything that goes into that kind of detail, so maybe it is totally normal.
If it were my snake and I couldn't find someone more experienced to advise me, I'd say give him a little longer recovery than usual, and check him out carefully during that time. If all seems well, put him back in with a female and see what happens.
Luckily, there are plenty of more experienced people around, so I'm sure someone who actually knows what they are talking about will chime in soon.
EDIT: Either that or they'll type less than me and end up showing up first.

Thanks guys for the quick replies. I was freaking out! His penes looked like laffy taffy(he's well hung). The only thing I could do was hold my junk and fall to the ground screaming! There was a bit of blood but I think that was actually from them breeding due to the fact that it was dried and could tell it had been there a while.

I've had snakes with completely prolapsed hemipenes before... Guys ask yourself this, what happens when you jump in a cold pool/shower?
Cold water works wonders in helping them pull their hemipenes back in
