    My Snakes (Finally)

    I've been waiting to get everything situated and everyone has now finished shedding so i'll show some pictures of my mini collection.

    First off my new arrival, my bumblebee male who just shed last night and ate for me today! He is VERY nippy and i hope hes just hungry, but i had to leave the rat in there for a few mintues just to come back to no rat left and a fat snake! Hes 220 grams as of today before feeding.

    Now my other favorite guy my 09 Albino! Hes now around 355 grams and packing on weight quickly!

    Now the very weird pair of Het Piebalds i have. The female is a hisser and a biter at times, while the male WILL poop and pee on you every time you pick him up for more than a mintue. Male is around 445 grams and female is a picky eat and is only 505 grams.

    Male:

    Female:

    Now my other large adult snakes. First off is my very first ball python, Roxy. She is the calmest snake i have ever held in my life, would never bite a soul. Unfortunately i adopted her from people who never fed her enough, hence why shes 4 years old and only 1200 grams. She still eats very sporadically, but shes never gone more than 3 weeks without food, so hopefully she'll just continue to get better. Note the scar on her head was from a piece of driftwood she tried to rub on too hard when she was shedding, its currently healing.

    And the Giant female i have also known as "Sexy Sadie", she is 2275 grams as of day empty and have a great temperament.

    Let me know what you all think and if you like what i have so far. I searched very hard to find a good bumblebee and i think he will be a beautiful adult. He isn't as yellow as the pictures online suggested, but he still has great colors.

    Re: My Snakes (Finally)

    Thanks for all the replies! Yes i feed all my snakes very well, every 4-5 days for babies and 10-14 days for adults. I hope the bee looks nice now as i was very worried when i first got him that he wasn't that vibrant, granted he was in major shed. He looks pretty good in the pictures though!

    Re: My Snakes (Finally)

    They are all very nice, but Sadie is my favorite, I just love big girls. {Probably because I am one }

    I hope to add a bee to my collection one day, but for now I have to restrain myself or I'm going to go bankrupt buying snakes!

    Well i want one of the pieds also! If i'm lucky enough hopefully the whole clutch will be pieds. I think i'm probably going to pick up either a low white pied female or a another het female just so my odds are better. I LOVE pieds!

    Oh yeah, the bee does look AWESOME after shedding, i can't wait until he grows up!
